Leadership program workshop
Women in leadership program, a transformative initiative orchestrated by Violet organization and Ideal Management. Over the courses of two enlightening days, which have been done twice and over 40 participants got benefited, participants delved deep into their strengths, refined their skills, and gained invaluable leadership experience.
Guiding them on this empowering journey was the exceptional trainer, Ms. Hala Nihad, whose expertise and guidance inspired each participant to unlock their true leadership potential.
