Violet Academy is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering women within Kurdish society. Our mission is to equip women with essential skills and knowledge to become influential leaders through comprehensive training programs.

At Violet Academy, we offer a diverse range of courses covering key aspects of leadership and personal development. These include modules on leadership strategies, gender equality advocacy, effective public speaking and diplomacy, time management, teamwork, proposal writing, project management, well-being, self-care, and computer literacy.

Our courses are designed to instill confidence and assertiveness in professional contexts, foster recognizing and addressing gender inequality, and nurture women into leadership roles within their communities. We are unwavering in our commitment to providing women with the tools they need to unlock their full potential.

Violet Stage

Violet Stage is an annual project by Violet Organization held on our anniversary. Each year, Violet Stage focuses on a critical topic affecting women in Kurdistan. The project brings together successful women and experts to discuss the topic, find solutions, and make positive changes. In addition to being a platform for discussion and debate, Violet Stage showcases our achievements and work throughout the year. This project highlights the power of women and their ability to make a difference in their communities.

Increasing Girls' Participation in Technology

Increasing Girls' Participation in Technology Violet in Tech is a program aimed at increasing girls' participation in technology. The program provides opportunities for girls to learn about technology, meet other girls interested in tech, and compete in technology-related events.

Violet in Tech offers a variety of programs and events open to girls of all ages and skill levels. We believe that all girls have the potential to succeed in technology, and we are committed to providing them with the resources they need. Violet in Tech is making a difference in the lives of girls in Kurdistan by helping them develop tech skills, build confidence, and connect with peers who share their interests. The program is preparing girls to be the next generation of technology leaders.

Violet Organization is a nonprofit organization dedicated to create a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams, develop confidence and advanced advocacy skills to promote girls’ rights at regional and national levels. We aim to increase the rate of girls in different fields to show the abilities and services that girls can provide to their society.
