13 Participants Enhance Skills Through Employability Training at Violet Organization, Sulaimani City, Kurdistan Region – Iraq | 15–17 November 2025

We are proud to share highlights from our Employability Training, which took place at the Violet Organization office in Sulaimani City, Kurdistan Region – Iraq from 15 to 17 November 2025.

A total of 13 participants joined this program, representing different roles and backgrounds within our organization. The training focused on practical skills, professional development, and strategies to enhance employability in today’s competitive work environment.

Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in:

- Hands-on exercises to strengthen workplace skills

- Group discussions to improve communication and teamwork

- Real-world scenarios to practice problem-solving and decision-making
