Empowering Innovation: Violet's Female Founders Program Supports 13 Women-Led Startups in Kurdistan

The Female Founders Program is the result of a powerful collaboration between Violet Organization, Foundation Hub, and Smart Suli, united in their mission to support and uplift aspiring women entrepreneurs. This innovative program was designed to nurture new business ideas and provide young female founders with the tools and mentorship needed to succeed.
The program unfolded over three stages, beginning with a one-week intensive training where 13 unique business ideas were selected out of 120 applications. These ideas spanned diverse sectors such as agriculture, environment, technology, art, recycling, and beauty products. During the first stage, participants received comprehensive training on crafting effective business plans, pitching to investors, and strategic business planning. At the end of this phase, a panel of judges selected the top three ideas based on their potential and execution.
The second stage involved personalized mentorship from the Violet team, who worked closely with the participants to refine their business models and prepare them for launch.
In the final stage, three winners were chosen and awarded office spaces along with seed funding to help turn their ideas into thriving businesses.
Through this program, the collaboration between Violet Organization, Foundation Hub, and Smart Suli successfully created a supportive platform where female entrepreneurs could develop their skills, gain valuable resources, and bring their innovative ideas to life.
