Lets Support Each Other

The Violet Organization recently launched a project entitled "Let's Support Each Other" for the year 2022. This project aimed to highlight the importance of women supporting each other and was held in two stages.
The first stage of the project was a 40-day campaign with the hashtag #lets_support_eachother. Women from different backgrounds and age groups participated in this campaign and expressed their support for the Violet Organization and for each other.
The second stage of the project was the Violet Stage event, which was attended by 200 women from different sectors and positions, including representatives from government, political parties, and various organizations. Well-known women in different fields, as well as participants who had filled out a registration form, were also present.
During the event, four main subjects were highlighted on stage to emphasize the importance of supporting women. Ms. Chiman Mohammed spoke about the importance of supporting women in general and in the family, while Ms. Avin Qadir discussed the significance of supporting women in the workplace. Dr. Basma Mohammed focused on the importance of supporting women in politics, and Associate Professor Pave Jameel emphasized the importance of supporting women in media and social media. An open discussion was held among the participants, who reiterated their support for each other and for the Violet Organization.
The "Let's Support Each Other" project was an important initiative aimed at promoting solidarity and support among women in Iraq. The project provided a platform for women to come together, share their experiences, and explore ways to support each other. The project underscored the importance of women's empowerment and their role in shaping a more equitable and just society.
