Violet academy 2023

In 2023, the Last Violet Academy hosted a transformative educational initiative with the participation of 25 successful graduates. The selection process involved an online application, with a rigorous evaluation of 250 submissions based on critical thinking questions. The chosen cohort engaged in a comprehensive one-week program, spanning from 9 am to 5 pm, accumulating a total of 54 hours of intensive training. The curriculum addressed diverse topics essential for personal and professional development, including leadership strategies, an introduction to social types, time management, teamwork, job interview preparation, email and CV writing, skill acquisition, and well-being and self-care.

The program's success is attributed to its meticulous participant selection process and a meticulously crafted curriculum. The Last Violet Academy continues to play a pivotal role in empowering young women with essential skills and knowledge for their future endeavors, fostering a community of capable and confident individuals.
