Violet academy’s programs was a 7 days intense training in 2024 for 23 girls in Sulaymaniyah, those trainings were about soft skills and how they can be productive and creative of their society.
Mrs. Sazan Mandalawi, whom is a talented trainer conducted an enlightening training session on “Time management” to our participants, she also delivered another training session about “Teamwork”, with her expertise she effectively communicated the significance and essence of teamwork to the participants utilizing a diverse range of techniques and engaging activities.
Mr. Shalaw Hassan, conducted an advanced training session on “Etiquette” through this Participants received comprehensive guidance on the importance and implementation of proper etiquette.
Ms. Awara Haji whom is a highly skilled trainer, conducted an advanced training session and, focused on the subject of self-development. Participants received comprehensive instruction on the concept of self-knowledge, engaging in various activities aimed at identifying personal strengths and weaknesses, as well as fostering a deeper understanding and perception of oneself.
Mr. Brwa Abdullah, conducted a session on the “Art of leadership” which was a remarkable opportunity for attendees to delve into the intricacies of effective leadership strategies and gain valuable insights from a seasoned expert.
Mr. Rebin Azad delivered an advanced training session on personal branding and public speaking. This invaluable opportunity allowed participants to acquire knowledge and skills in the areas of personal branding and public speaking.
